For COVID

Stayed by my side throughtout the course of COVID. Since my oxygen level did not get below 90, I could heal at home. Love the little manual which was so informative and also all the accessories. Well put together for storage.

Lack of warranty form

I purchased the ZacURate 500 DL finger pulse oximeter in September 2018 from Amazon. It worked fine until the battery icon started flashing. I changed out the batteries and now it won't power up at all.
The batteries are not expired and they are installed in the proper direction. I have repeated the installation per instructions several times and no luck.
What can I do?
