I use this every time I'm on the couch or in my car. It definitely helps to support my lower back. I got this because my lower back hurts anytime I sit on my couch at home, but I have noticed a difference with this cushion. I am 22 with mild to moderate lower back pain, due to degenerative disc disease that was worsened by a car wreck. I love this because I can actually feel the cushion supporting my lower back.

Good for what it is

I bought this to use on my recliner but it works better in the car and on the office chair. I bought two and may be returning one unless I decide to use it in our other car. It does have GREAT lumbar support
