Zacurate Children Digital Fingertip Pulse Oximeter - Polar Bear (Animal Theme)

I was extremely thankful to own this pediatric pulse oximeter when my daughter had the flu recently. She had a fever and you could see her pulse just by looking at her poor little body. I raced to get the oximeter. I knew her pulse rate and oxygen level almost immediately. Knowledge is power and this device helped me quickly and easily assess the extremity of the illness in order to know how to treat my daughter best. The oximeter slides right on her finger so it wasn't even bothersome.
I also appreciate that the batteries are included as well as a very durable case.
My older, teenage son tried it on his finger without such good results. Just for you to keep in mind that this is not a universal tool for everyone, but rather just children.
A shortcut to operating the oximeter -- touch the power button and insert finger all the way to the back. It will instantly start to diagnose. It shuts off on its own.
If you push the power button and hold it down, you can adjust the brightness of the screen.
Once the device is on, if you hit the power button, you can scroll through several different screen display choices.

With small children it's hard to have them explain how they are felling and breathing. This monitor fits little fingers wonderfully. It's gives us peace of mind and let's us know when our kids need help. Two thumbs up! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Medical gadgets can be intimidating to little hands, but this one takes away any anxiety. It's super cute, light and only takes a few seconds to get a reading, which is great especially for little ones that may be restless. Right out of the package, it is easy to handle. You just pop the batteries(it comes with the 2 AAA batteries) in and you are ready to place it on the finger. The little bear looks just like the picture online. It comes with batteries, lanyard, and pouch which makes it easy to carry in your purse or bag. It is comfortable, as I tried it on my fingers as well.

I am a personal trainer and use an oximeter frequently, however, some of my clients have smaller hands and using this provides an answer to what normally is an inaccurate reading. This provides a very accurate reading for small fingers and has a remarkably bright display. Nice looking and comes with a great pouch and lanyard. Awesome -- love it!

This is a great little pulse oximeter. It fits little fingers so perfectly and I have yet to find a kid that doesn't want to put their finger in it. I have used it on some small adults as well. It works very well. I love the simple 1 button function. I like that I can read it from any angle because I can push the button to change the screen orientation. I love that is has a plethysmograph so you have an idea of accuracy. It is simple and easy to read. Oh and the polar bear is just adorable. A really awesome little device.
