Would this be suitable for traveling?

Yes you can put it in a large suitcase. Disassembled the toilet frame measures 23” x 16 1/2” x 4”.

What is the height? Is the height adjustable?

The bathroom safety rail is adjustable and stands at between 27" to 32". Additionally, it's width is 22".

What is the width of this product?

The width between the rails is approximately 21 1/2 inches.

Does it feature an attached toilet seat?

The toilet safety rail does not come with an attached toilet seat.

Will this work on an RV toilet?

Can this toilet safety rail be used with a raised toilet seat?

The video above is an instructional assembly video that will assist in properly putting together your Vaunn Medical Home/Bathroom Safety Rail. This product is ideal for those who have mobility issues or for the elderly. Proper use of this product will greatly reduce the chances of accidental slips or falls. Upon opening the package that contains the safety rail, you will receive a number of items that will be used in the assembly process. You will receive the following components:

1x Frame

4x Legs

4x Hex Bolts

4x E-Clips

4x Lock Washers

4x Wing Nuts

Step 1: Once you have all the components out of the packaging, take the Frame and unfold it, then set it down upon a flat surface standing up.

Step 2: Next, secure the frame by inserting all the E-Clips into each hole on the upper gray portion of the frame. You will note that they are located on the front of the frame, just below where the rubber handle ends.

Step 3: Next, take each of the 4 Legs and insert them underneath the Frame.

Step 4: Once inserted, place each Hex Bolt into the hole on the upper portion of the Leg where it meets the lower portion of the Frame.

Step 5: Secure using the Lock Washers then place the Wing Nut then screw it tightly to secure. Repeat this process for the rest of each Leg.

Step 6: Finally, for the last steps, place the assembled rail upright on its Legs. Be sure to adjust the height to a comfortable position. Please note that each of the 4 Legs must stand firmly on the ground.

Pay attention to height measurements

I wish I could lower the legs. 27" is too high for me. Box was thrown out so I can't return.

Arrived with missing parts

This product arrived without the lock-washers, wingnuts, hex bolts, or E-clips, making it totally unusable. There is no support service on the weekend, and no way to get replacement parts quickly.

Great product, easy to assemble

As I await knee replacement surgery, my knee has stiffened and made sitting and standing difficult. This product is a great solution. It was easy to assemble, the height is adjustable, and it is firm and sturdy. And it's a great buy.

Good product, buy from different company

I ordered this on Amazon before leaving rehab. I had foot surgery and was non-weight bearing. It took forever to arrive and the box was destroyed and product damaged with pieces missing. Replacement arrived a little faster, was easy to assemble, and works well for the intended purpose BUT, the product was also packaged poorly and now I have one with both foam arms having serious unsightly indentations. Given the price I am very disappointed in this company and cannot recommend them. Similar products are sold by others.
